Which System is Better???

Hi there!
Long time no txt!
Once again I need your god-like knowledgeto help me!!!
I have once agin 2 older systems infront of me and want to know, which one is better suited for surfing / games* / Videos:

*COD2 / ET / SA / MaxPayne2

SYSTEM NO.1
------------------
CPU: AMD Athlon XP 2800+
GPU: ATI Radeon 9000 PCI
RAM: 768MB PC2100 DDR RAM
HDD: Seagate 120GB 5400rpm IDE/ATA
NET: Linksys Wireless-B PCI Adapter

SYSTEM NO.2
-------------------
CPU: Intel Pentium4 2.53GHz
GPU: ATI Radeon 7000 AGP 4X
RAM: 1024MB DDR PC2700
HDD: WD 80GB 5400rpm IDE/ATA
NET: Netgear WG311T 108MBps

I cant switch any hardware, because these two systems are not mine and SYSTEM NO.1 doesnt have AGP/PCI-E

no1 has a better CPU, better graphics, and a larger HD while no 2 has more faster RAM. No 1 is better over all.

#1 is the better system, NEITHER system is going to give you any decent gaming performance, so the lack of AGP doesnt limit you that much.
