Inno3D Announces its GeForce GTX 570 Graphics Accelerator

Inno3D is excited to announce the launch of the Inno3D GeForce GTX 570. The GTX 570 boasts an amazing 480 CUDA cores,a 320-bit interface to 1.28GB of onboard GDDR5 RAM, and clock speeds of 732MHz and 1464MHz. GTX 570 continues with the redesigned from the ground up architecture to deliver the best performance on DX11 - adding dedicated engines in the GPU to accelerate key features like tessellation.

Game performance and image quality has received a tremendous boost, enabling film-like geometric realism for game characters and objects. Geometric realism is central to the GTX 570 architectural enhancements for graphics. In addition, PhysX simulations are much faster, and developers can utilize GPU computing features in games most effectively.

"best performance on DX11" - I'd agree. Most efficient? No. It's still not as efficient as a 5770 let alone a 6870.

doesn't sound like Inno3D are boasting it, and to be honest why anyway? when it comes to high end gear performance really should be your number 1 consideration, everything else is secondary.

take a Mustang Vs a Corvette for instance, lets say, and I think it's probably true anyway, that the Corvette is the faster car of the two, you don't hear Mustang owners raving about how their's is 20% more fuel efficient.
