Anyway to clear up this drawing?

An electrician took this photo of a panel schedule that I was supposed to type up in a cleaner looking thing. We couldn't make it out, and I actually went to the job site and took the directory but lost it. This picture is all I have left now so I'm kind of screwed. I can make out all of the items on the right side, but the left is more difficult. The first on the left is Intrusion Alarm, but a number I can't make out. Is there anyway to clear it up so I can make out the words?

Well, the numbers are easy.

1. Intrusion Alarm 2. Sound Rack
3 Bell(?) (something) Sound 4. Time Recorder

Etc.

The words are a little harder. I'll try for you, though.

"(?)" Indicates something I'm not sure about.

3. Bell(?) TR-3(?) Sound(?)
5. (something) Power
7. (something) Jacket(?) Heater(?)
9. (something) Charger(?)
11. NEW(?) BLDG TEL OUTLETS
13. PHONE OUT(?)
15. SPARE 2/10/03 (date may be related to above writing)
17. SPARE

That's the best I can do, I'm afraid.

I don't think my bosses would appreciate the fact that I've misplaced something and turned my work into a game show lol, but I'm glad you enjoyed yourselves =)
