XFX HD 6850 core and memory speed error?

I'm not sure if its GPU-Z or my card but the core clock always shows 100MHz and the memory clock shows 300MHz, the stock setting should be 775 and 1000MHz respectively. I have the latest drivers but not using catalyst.
