Urgent: need help PSU Corsair CX400 vs CX430 ?

People say that the CX400 model is better than CX430(newer) model , they say the 430 is even not better at all , and this might be that the new model rebrand is a weaker OEM ; i don't have much input since it's not my PC this build is for (low end office PC) and i just don't have much time lookin around , since it's time sensetive (the next day they might increase price or other products sell out , this is the first time im making a low end build , and low end stuff changes so fast and so often (price , availability, shipping delay ..etc)

System Specs

CX400 easily.

The CX400 has a stronger 12v rail than the CX430, it is actually capable of providing more power that the computer uses than the CX430. Plus the CX400 has a 3 year warranty while the CX430 only has a 2 year. And the CX400 is an 80+ efficient power supply, while the CX430 is not.

System Specs

Definitely the CX400. The CX430w is built worse and has less power available on the 12volt rail (IIRC 28 amps vs 30).

The CX400 is made by Seasonic, 80+ certified, has better rails and a longer warranty. The CX430 is made by CWT, not 80+ certified, has a sleeve bearing fan (shorter life horizontally) and a shorter warranty.

Thanks guys , that's definitive, order confirmed.

Yeah , that's what i've been suspecting , a different OEM , plus , some sites in my country say that CX430W is 80% plus certified (just a written in products "description" , this fake stuff makes confusions. )
