about 2-3 years of neglect. All sorts of house dust, pet hair, and yes there used to be smoking allowed in my house until I had to clean that a couple years ago

I wish I would've taken pics of a PC I just returned to his owner. Just gave it a new windows install but boy was it loud when I got it. Now it's super quite. Can you figure out why? Let's just say the case had no way of intaking or exhausting air, yep it was that bad!
