Except in Oblivion. Where you can have a naked heroine who is almost inmune to any damage*.

1. Breton (50% magic resistance)

this kinda reminds me of Mario Tennis I had on the Virtual Boy. Nobody played with Princess Peaches, but she was the only person who could beat Mario up and down and had a racket strong enough to return an ace from Donkey Kong Jr. She was the alpha and omega in that game.

Agreed, unless of course if it was a japenese/koean game then it wouldn't be too unusual

. Now with those games it depends on my mood whether I am in the mood for some ass on my screen while grinding as female or to roleplay as male and actually play the game if there is the option

I always play a male character and in first person and have ever since I was little. I did a lot of pretending and looked up to the characters I made since I didn't have any friends.

Also, I can't relate to being a woman considering I have a penis.

Isn't playing the character more about controlling it like a puppet than pretending you are that character? At least for me, it's kind of hard to associate with the characters of some games and easier to think of them as my minions always willing to follow my biddings.

I don't know...For single player no problem playing a female character, but on a MMO is kinda strange (pervert or gayish would be better words) to say the least, to interact with an Elf female character name Helena, for example, but on the other end is a fat dude call George....yeaks!!!

which I don't think is too bad as imo the male human appearance looks like shit. Also I play mostly with irl college mates and people assume I am a dude anyway because of the way I talk in-game

I always play a Hero, if there is a good level of customisation I make the character me.

After all I'm playing the game in the first instance to get away from boring stuff, I want to be part of the world.

My LOTRO main is female, though a bit 'man-ish', especially compared to my wife's hot elf. Also have a perky female captain, but a male hunter and rune-keeper.

Overall, probably female ~70% of the time. In games where it doesn't matter, I'll more often choose a woman for the visual. Male or female in Fallout and other such games depends on what kind of build I want to do. Certain traits affect same/opposite sex interaction.

Yup! IIRC, it's the Golden Globes studio in New Reno. If you don't have high enough stamina to be an actor/actress, the available job is fluffer. Do it too many times and you'll have to visit a doctor as the spunk is radioactive.
