You also have truck racing in Toca Race Driver 3 and in Hard Truck 2. The last one is a little old and unstable without the patches.

I think Test Drive: Off-Road 3 would still be my favorite in the truck category.

Test Drive? They're pretty good (except "Test Drive") but only the Off-Road titles have trucks (except the SVT Lightning in Test Drive 6).

Oh Test Drive Unlimited 2 has quite a bit of offroading but the offroading isn't near as fun as in Off-Road 3.

mostly off road but got some pavement sections in some races, physics are good, i think 3 different environments, but not too many trucks to choose from

As the owner of a Jeep Wrangler and an ATV, I can confidently say that the truck in the last picture is not going to arrive at the bottom of that drop-off in one piece.

I was looking at some of the ATV games, but most of them seem to be more suited for controllers (read: Console ports) than Kbd/Mouse. :/

Defining "truck"... I thought we were speaking the real thing (just a super quick google search):
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0q2gRJ_N-rU
(skip to 1:50 if not interested about in-game settings)
Note that all the aids are on maximum, and that really shows.

This is freeware:

http://www.freewarefiles.com/Truck-R...ram_52277.html

Going to try it asap.

Thats what you get for buying a Chrysler. The only thing that rivals them in crappy build is Mercedes and VW/Audi. BMW is a close 4th in over all shittness.

Stick with the Japaneses man. If you need to go American (which I do) go Ford. Chevy ain't want they used to be sadly.

Tested the Renault thing.

For a free game it has decent graphics, good sound and the transmission works almost as the real thing (no N). With the clutch it is fun to drive. The tyre temps at maximum, the truck will lose grip noticeably, but still the weight of the truck doesn't feel (at least with a keyboard). While the tyre temps rise and you smash to other trucks, the top speed will drop a little bit. Supports multiplayer with 16 racers. At least I think the trucks would understeer more in real life. The computer players are quite slow. Most of them can be easily passed in. Loading time for one race is horrific. At least for the first time.

But for now, I didn't find other than 1 (one!) track so... Feels like a demo. But it should have 4 tracks, will investigate.

I have the v0.2.6.8, will try the v0.2.7.6
