AMD Radeon HD 7000 series 'Southern Islands' upcoming!!

When it comes to the release time of AMD Radeon HD 7000 series, I found the following: http://www.techpowerup.com/137413/AM...y-Q4-2011.html

What's the details of this new graphics? It rumours that it takes Radeon HD 6800 Architecture. Is it ture?

Looking for more info.

AMD does not need even more shaders.
Not without significantly increasing the ROP count.
The shaders on the HD 5800 series is already under utilized and that is why AMD did what they did with the 6900 series.
