Sorry, I wont be able to help much. I usually rely on my psu's to be efficient, long warranty, and quality over windows and led fans.

If you'd like to know about quality and efficient psu's I'd be glad to help

Couple of choices you could make:
1. You could try Thermaltake Evo or Lian-Li Maxima series, they use blue LEDs (though Evo series are expensive and efficiency is unimpressive at 75%)
2. Modding your PSU by adding LED fan instead of normal fan, but opening PSU will void your warranty so highly not recommended unless you know what you are doing.

But all depends on how much watts you need.

Corsair HX750W or Antec Truepower 750W are both modular and very good for their prices, difference is Antec comes with 5 year warranty but Corsair has 7 years on their HX series (think Antec is cheaper).

System Specs

The HX750 is semi-modular, and 80 PLUS Silver rated.

The AX750 is fully modular, and 80 PLUS Gold rated.

Both have a seven year warranty.
