This is a steam sale. ^^
I am sooo getting this. So happy it went on sale. Now if assasins creed brotherhood would stop trying to get 10 extra buks for some crappy extras, I'd get that too.. I'm still boycotting overpriced DLC...lol..

LOL: Steam servers are having a hard time keeping up with downloads for it now.
It's pausing my download and even giving me a message to try again later due to too much traffic..

Ok that sucked. I recommend you download one or the other at a time.
It eventually ended up messing up my download so bad I had to delete local content and start over, just to get the games to start downloading again.
They kept pausing and stopping and not starting back up, or running at ridiculously low speeds.
Speeds in the bytes... Not even the kb..lol..

25 bucks and I paid 80 at launch. Wee. Well for 25 bucks its definately a steal. Great game.

You may want to play Portal 1 first though if you care about the (amazing) plot. You would be pretty much lost as to whats going on and why if you didn't play the first one. I mean Portal 2 is a great game by itself, but the plot and the resulting deeper atmosphere are even greater.

Is portal 1 good looking enough? I'm kind of spoiled with all this dx10/11 stuff lately. XD.

Idk.. I'm on the fence.. But when I went back and played the original half life recently I thought it was sooo worth it..
I think I'm going to follow that rule and get portal 1, as Valve has not yet failed to please me in that regard.

Also either I'm wrong or buying portal and portal 2 separately, due to the deals, will actually save you like 5 bucks..lol..

Portal 1 doesn't look as good as Portal 2 thats a given, but its somewhat fitting to the atmosphere. Its not that it would give you eye cancer. And it certainly looks better than HL1 lol.
