Convert a photo to look hand drawn?

I have a picture from a wedding I'd like to somehow change the style to make it look like it was hand drawn, if that's possible. Might anyone know? This is for my boss so I'd like to accomodate him and would greatly appreciate any help =) A link to the picture is below.

I think that looks great, but he wants it to look hand drawn by pencil or pen. Is that difficult to do? I really do think that looks great though.
