LGA 1155 board recomendations

I plan on getting a 2500k and I need some help choosing the right MB. Im currently coming from an AMD 955BE and this will be my first intel build. I plan on doing major OCing to the 2500k since I got a WC setup so a board thats good with OCing would be ideal, I also have two flashed 6950s that will be running in crossfire. Another thing is I currently have 8gb of this RAM and I was wondering if i could continue using that or would it be best for a RAM upgrade as well and if so what would you recommend. And finally I was thinking about getting a SSD but I dont have much knowledge about them so any help with that would be appreciated. My budget for the MB is around $200-$250 and around $100-$150 for the SSD. Also i'd like to note that i dont really like red and black boards =/

i have seen even in my country some picks AsRock board like the Z68 Extreme3 Gen3, Extreme4 Gen3 and Z68 PROFESSIONAL GEN3 bcs of the PCI-Express 3.0 feature and bcs they r good price for all their features more than like Asus, Gigabyte and MSI they r kinda more expensive and u get less.

i personally like the price of the Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 even it only got 2x PCI-E x16 3.0 slots

This two mobos will make you happy;
ASUS Maximus IV Gene-Z
or if the color of Gene is to much for you ,..
ASRock Z68 EXTREME4 GEN3
i own Crucial C300 but this is a bit faster
Crucial M4
your RAM will work just fine but if you in to OCing i would recommend 2 sticks instead of 4 ,this is great bargain
G.SKILL Ripjaws X

I would rather interchange my budget. $100-$150 is more than enough for the mobo, while $200-$250 would increase capacity of the SSD.

ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI S...

Crucial M4 CT128M4SSD2CCA 2.5" 128GB SATA III MLC ...

So I decided to up my budget a little and go with the 2500k, MSI Z68A-GD65 (G3) for the MB and for the SSD I was thinking something along the lines of the Patriot Wildfire PW120GS25SSDR what are your thoughts on these choices?

I was actually thinking about the 2600k but I feel like the extra $100 isn't worth it for me.

Haha ok correction I don't like red, well not that I don't like it, it just doesn't go with my color scheme lol and what does the 10 power phases do exactly?
