Always put my bridge on the connectors closest to the back of the case. Don't know why, but always works. I actually did try 2 bridges, but doesn't work too well. Just so you don't bother.....

Managed to get a Gigabyte X38-DS5 Motherboard off ebay, works a treat just over 20000 in vantage, had problems installing it as the idiot whou sold it me left a cpu heatsink fixing bracket on the back which stopped my cooler going on, a pain to remove as it was stuck tight, he also left the bios password protected, luckily I had a usb stick ready to flash the latest bios anyway.

It was intresting 2 years of working. I have learned a lot of modding things. And keep doing it. Thanks.

Does anyone know why we can support him and his work? Is it a legal reason i am assuming. To bad I would love to contribute to his hard work. Do you know how much money this man saved the gaming community? Our older hardware is alive again! Cant wait till Hyper SLI!!!

Hi anatolymik, while we all wait for HyperSLI can you talk us about the main differences betwen SLI Patch and HyperSLI.
- I'm pretty sure that everyone are asking the same question.
Thanks for this magnificent work.

For all intents and purposes then, this is essentially "native" SLI for non-SLI boards then?

i don't use it and so don't know for sure but either the patch uses nvidia code (which you can't legally get money for hacking) or modifying the files with any code is prohibited. most likely the former but again idk.

Heheh, no! Nvidia has nothing to do with this. It's all anatolymik's work. Nvidia doesn't want you to have this....

It's really pretty retarded of them now that AMD cpu supporting mobos can do both xfire and SLI, just the same as intel cpu supporting mobos. That basically covers the entire market.

“However, the Intel CPU dispatcher does not only check which instruction set is supported by the CPU, it also checks the vendor ID string. If the vendor string is "GenuineIntel" then it uses the optimal code path. If the CPU is not from Intel then, in most cases, it will run the slowest possible version of the code, even if the CPU is fully compatible with a better version. ”

yes, HyperSli is coming, as I've mentioned before. It will make Slipatch obsolete. It does work with any new driver, you just will have to wait.

Hey I hope Hyper is out before the 27th, but my guess is the countdown is it so that is OK, Nvidia is releasing a SPECIAL driver on Sept 26th for BF3 Beta, so I guess modded drivers will have to work.
