Probably forgetting one or two as well. I have found some more obscure ones like SVC by Googling for part numbers. Microcenter, Newegg and Amazon also have some stuff...

My preferred shop for water cooling gear. You'll find almost anything, and if you don't drop them a line, maybe they'll get it for you. I once needed a Socket F retention bracket for a Koolance block, which is only found in the US, I told them that and they shipped it to me for the factory price (instead of the insane price Koolance asks).

I was under the impression that Aquatuning shipped from overseas? I've also found them to be more expensive, at least on the specific items I've compared. I can get a Swiftech Apogee XT at Newegg for $20 less, for example. But definitely a fantastically stocked shop.

Without me asking, he provided two possible alternative pumptops from their catalog, pre-checked for compatibility with my pumps and contacted EK on my behalf to find out how long the pumptop might be backordered. I even noticed from the header info that one email I had sent outside business hours was picked up almost immediately by an employee and forwarded to the correct department from his iPhone, so that I got a reply as soon as they opened for business the next day. When I finally got around to contacting them about the defective piece ~3 months after my order had arrived (was waiting on other parts to complete the kit) his reply was just as quick and curteous as if I had ordered the day before.

Cheap prices, and good selection are great things, but the true test of a company is how they treat customers who have issues with the product.

Yup, I almost always use Sidewinder and Performance PCs. I have ordered from Jab-Tech, as well. I wish Petra's had more inventory, because they are some cool cats.

It has subsidiaries in many countries including Switzerland, but from my understanding their stock is somewhat individual and they operate autonomously to some extent. For example that bracket I needed; I talked to the owner of the Swiss subsidiary and he got it for me with the next Koolance shipping. I do not know if aquatuning Germany have it, too.
So I'm a little biased because aquatuning is the only real watercooling shop in Switzerland, but I've made great experience with them (and left some considerable amounts of money there). So I recommend it as its basically the same overseas.

Cool though my main question was whether or not there's an actual warehouse on this side of the pond.

Uh... did you? Oh my. I seem to have lost my good videion, tehn. Better let someone check out my girlfriend, if she's really as good looking as I see her...

Really tough I seem to have overseen your actual main question.

As far as I know, John from Jab-Tech is operating the Petras site now.

For my US purchases, it's always Sidewinder and Jab-Tech.

I've placed orders with Performance-PCs twice. Once as part of a group buy and once of my own volition. Both times the wrong products have been shipped. And when you live in Norway, it's easier to just eat the cost than make an overseas return. So, I don't recommend them for accuracy.

I currently have ethics issues with AquaTuning, but never had any other problems with purchases prior to that (AT Germany).
