LoL question.. just gave it a whirl and apparently either I'm bad (I finished 1st in player score both games.. lacked kills tho) or the pay to use toons are alot better at pvp then the guy I was using (Ryze).

I used to be addicted to LoL but its really a waste of time unless you're playing with premade 5's. When you solo queue, whether you win or not is completely based on luck. Luck regarding which team matchmaking decides to give the competent players to. Solo queue reminds me a lot of poker, if you play enough games, you'll eventually win more than you lose. And you'll lose some at no fault of your own (In poker that'd be because of drawing outs, in LoL it's the quality of your teammates). It's also quite frustrating how everyone rages, I've been much happier since quitting.

Playing as morgana now.. and enjoying it but ya, only have 1 win as I seem to get stuck on teams that suck.. My only win was when we had a player tell us what to do, which is what u need to do.

Yeah.. solo queue is horrible... 90% of the time is bunch of people that can't speak english, or just rage and shit talk the team the entire time... I usually play with a friend and we talk on vent, but that's not really any better...

I asked a while back if anyone played, but maybe we should try to get a clubhouse going so we can get some premades going?

Eh even when paired with negative teammates, if you try to assume leadership role and get everyone to work together/not rage at each other, you can pull out a win even in the worst circumstances.

I had a game a couple of days ago, first 4 picks were - Gragas, Ez (me), Malz and Warwick. The final guy picked Ryze, demanded middle and caused everyone to rage because he didnt go support. But we didnt want dispute so we went along with it. Malz went with me bottom and got kind of upset that he couldnt creep and the taric/ashe bot lane was able to deny us.

Well Ryze ended up getting first blood, but Malz fed like a SoB and midway through the game was 0-7. They were up 6-21 k/ds and had gotten two dragons. At this point no one on the team was in a good mood and Malz even brought up a surrender. But we kept at it, grouped up, killed a few, took baron and some towers and eventually came back to win.

It all comes down to perserverance, positive attitude and not getting discouraged. Dont feed the trolls and dont get upset at your teammates for getting in a bad spot. Luck has a little to do with it, but not as much as other factors.

I'd do that, I'm just too new at the game to know the roles and who should go where.. So right now I just follow instructions or if their arent any I either go mid and hold it down (Morgana) or jungle and gank (Warwick)

Don't jungle at low lvls (acc), even if you're good, your team will most likely feed. Morgana is safe way to play it, good at mid and lanes too. You can go AoE DPS, support, offtank - it's all there. Actually in ranked games it's great to start with morgana, could get you through the ELO hell (if you master her).
You still have to play every champ at least once tho.

I usually finish top on my team with morgana, she's beastly. I only play warwick every few games just to dick around a bit... Not as good with him

Morgana's a good char, I'm never usually too afraid of her, but she's a pain in the ass to drop. I usually play Trynd, I don't play at ELO's or anything, just for fun with a few friends. Probably will never try ELO or anything too competitive because I enjoy playing with a locked camera.
