Power Supply Unit: Corsair Enthusiast Series 750-Watt (i dont know if i will need 750w, so please suggest if you think i need to change)
http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Enthus...0259674&sr=8-1

Cooling: none..(please suggest also a good cooling / fan that could support 2 SCed gtx 570/ )(fan for the case preferred have red LED to match my desired casing xD) note: does not have to be uber mega ultra super duper. just right one. and please also state how many i need xD

Casing: Corsair Caribide 500r

I guess I misread something...

You want a HAF, it has all the fans you need already in it, and they have red LEDs. I read after you mentioned GPU cooling, that the fans should match, but now that I read it again I assume you meant extra case fans.

Depending on the motherboard you choose, it will greatly change the limitations of the aftermarket cooling. Off the top of my head, the only GPU cooler I can think that has red LEDs is a Zalman, but I think its built for ATI cards. With most good aftermarket GPU coolers today, you have to realize that most will take up 3 slots each! This is why I mention the mobo, before I say what GPU coolers you can get

ohh so the haf have already complete fans, but would the parts fit in?, i heard that a bigger case is needed for big GPUs. As for the motherboard i had chosen somthing awhile ago,but there were many negative feedbacks on it so i changed my mind + i dont know a good motherboard brand since i am new to this and sees all of them same xD but i've read more positive feedback on asus & gigabyte but still i would like to have a advice from pros and people who have experince

Only complaint is the Caviar Green, get something faster, or add an SSD. Black, Spinpoint F3, etc

Optic Disc, Hard Drive, and even RAM are non issues if you get first 2 with SATA connectors (todays standard), and last one (RAM) of a mobo matching sort. Your choices seem ok.

Then the mobo is the most critical element, it needs to fit SLI. Normally, those mobos that announce their SLI feature have enough space in between slots, etc.
Then, a mobo that let's you overclock your K Intel. Just make sure you get Revision 3 chipset P67 mobos. Personally I am 100% happy with the one in my specs.

Your PSU also need to have 2 GPU connectors (6 or 8 pin)

i chose the PSU because it had "tech power up recommended" labeled on top of it and seems pretty nice too and i thinking of SLI Gtx 570 which is SCed i thought having 750w will be enough

If your budget allows I would recommend this one : GA-Z68XP-UD4

Looks awesome and performs likewise..!

Yes, that board you linked is the right one. There are plenty of 1155 motherboards out there, so you can take your time and look for the right one. Good start:

The 3GB 580 is at the same pricepoint as the new Radeon 7970 which will be available in a couple of weeks. If you have 550$ to spend on a card then get the 7970, it's on average 15-20% faster than the 580 especially in new games.

Suggestions for CPU cooler (without fan) : Prolimatech Armageddon, or Megahalems Rev. B. Prolimatech Panther is equipped with 120mm red LED fan. Some really cheap and effective CPU coolers are Thermalright True Spirit 140 and HR-02 Macho. My choice will be True Spirit 140 with additional red LED fan.
