Ok.

This Bios so far is graphic. I've had no difficulty is changing boot devices BUT 'Saving' them is something else.....That seems to be the hangup now....

just my 2 cents, but if you bought it from Microcenter, just get them to make it run proper. Cause to me this is pointless thread ( you say you know what u are doing but i find that hard to believe). I mean i have seen several detailed posts giving good advice and large clear pics/diagrams. Seriously just go to Microcenter and get them to do it before you end up breaking something

You know, Im a development engineer i think I can handle the hardware. I have been since the early ninties. According to the net Asus has had difficulty with the uefi bios and saving.
I've built machines since the early nineties.

Your posts come one to two sentences at a time, and make little sense.

Also, you seem to have little to no knowledge of the basic fundamentals of PC hardware.

If you have been building machines for 20 years this should be a breeze. You weren't even able to seat the motherboard properly with standoffs. It's an indication that you might be exaggerating your experience a bit...

Why not have microcenter build it for you?

people, have a heart!

At least renee is here learning and trying to sort it out. Your intolerant comments are not warranted and definitely not needed. Consider this a public warning, either help or move along!

It's Fixed! Windows treats USB1 as a legacy driver and they had not been installed yet.
The fix was simply moving the keyboard to the front usb jack for the second phase of the installation.

"Your posts come one to two sentences at a time, and make little sense."

Idiot. If you'd read this thread you'd know that I have been hit by a car and that I am an invalid with an ataxia on the right side of my body. I was right handed.

Actually I read the entire thread before subscribing or replying, and you never mentioned any details of your car wreck. You just said you were in a wreck, not that you were an invalid or any other specific details.

Regardless of your condition, which I am truly sorry for, there is no reason to call me an "idiot".

I hope you get your computer running.
