***AMD Fusion GPU*** kicks NVidia ION's A**

AMD's relatively new APU's come with the new AMD Fusion Graphics Chip!!!
[AMD Radeon HD6250 / HD6290 / HD 6310 / ....... ]
I benchmarked them with the NVidia ION portable solution - After all tests I can confirm that the new "Revolution of Mobile Gaming" has begun!!!!

TEST:
---------------------
ATI HD6310 v.s. NVidia ION2

Both GPU's are mainly made for mobile devices that require a lill more performance than Intel's solution (GMA950, HD - Series, NM-10, X3100 - Series)

After hours of gaming and more I can announce that the HD6310 kicks Nvidia Ion straight in the butt-hole!!!!

The ION Card struggeled with its weak Hardware acceleration on HD Youtube Videos.
The ATI HD-6310 played 1080p without a stutter!

Next:
--------------------------------

COD4 - all low - MAX RESOLUTION

ATI once again kills the ION!!! Some parts where unplayable!
The ATI performed well with the rather slow 1.5GHz AMD E-240!
Frames where averaging arround 40 and only dropped a hand full times below 20FPS throughout the game!!!
Intels Dual Core Atom did't help much there!!!
This prooves to me that a Single Core AMD doesnt have to be weaker than a Dual Core Atom!

COD5 - all low - MIN RESOLUTION

ATI automatically wins this one, because this game was almost unplayable with the ION2!!!
Although the ATI only averaged 20 FPS, Zombie Mode ran pritty good on all maps with +30 FPS averaging!!!

ATI performed better in games like GTA: SA, Max Payne 2, L4D, L4D2,.....
ION2 never outperformed the ATI in any game and FPS in 3D MArk 2001 are also lower....
DIsappointing....
Big Congratz to ATI / AMD for this great IGP!!!!
PLays games and saves power!!!!

My recommendations:
Get a AMD-C60 + HD6290 or a E-240 / 350 with a HD6310

Laptops used for testing: AO722, X120e, Asus 1215

I did alot more test's but I don't want to type too much, because my teacher is close by and he will notice!!

Cant wait to graduate....
