Intel I7-860 quad core CPU socket 1156 is this a good buy for £80(approx) used ?

thats is a steal, question its functionality and weather or not it's legit. easy to get screwed these days and it's usually by your own temptation.

well i purchased it for £80 sterling turns out i used to work with the seller so i know where he lives where he works and i found him trustworthy at work and i don't doubt weather its legal or its functionality now i can build my I7 system
got all the parts i need (by canablising my current sys and pile of spare parts i been acquiring ready for this upgrade) only thing in doubt is the m/boards got 2 round my brothers havent been able to test them due to lack of cpu to test them with.
