i7 920 24/7 clock

so ive had my i7920 at different speeds playing with different clocks heres a 3.7ghz clock wondering if its a safe clock what u guys think etc? seems stable under stress. temps most cores are under 70 max so far is 74 after 10 minutes of stress testing

i have hyper threading and turbo disables reason hpyer thraeding is disabled is i have studded problems in bf3 with it on
bus speed 185 mhz 20x multi, lowered the QPI to 18x (wondering if i should raise or leave it here??) link speed is 3334 mhz. ram speed 1400 mhz @ @2:8 stock ram timing 8-8-8-19

voltages cpu-v 1.312 cpu pll 1.9v dram 1.6

in the bios i belive it was only 18x 24x and 32x ill have to double check to confirm

My read is that SP-1 Win 7 cures or addresses this problem if it is a problem
