comparing my ssd with raid0

I just set up a new pc (see system specs) and a buddy of mine was curious to see how the raid0 speed was on my 2x320Gb hdd so I ran crystal disk mark and compared it to the ssd. What do you guys think? I'm kinda new to crystal disk mark so not sure if these are good numbers?

SSD OCZ Agility 3 60gb

2x320gb raid0

So lets say I haven't been keeping up with PC benchmarks for a couple of years, what are some other benches I could run? Not really looking for gpu benchmarks as I don't have one yet :/

How about SSD, RAID-0, and TRIM? With a pair of Force GTs your SATA 6gb controller very well could become the bottleneck. (This was done while my system was installing Windows updates.)

I have a RAID-5 of 3x1tb drives that usually tops out at 180mb/s. I don't have an image on hand for that one though. (Write is about 33-40% slower in RAID-5, but that is what you get for redundancy.)
