Got the upgrade itch... but not sure what...

So... I have the upgrade itch and not sure what I should look into for an upgrade.
I have been thinking about picking up a Crucial M4 128gb.

What would you do?

How about a nice new monitor? I have an ASUS VG236HE (although it's deactivated at Newegg now) but 120Hz gaming and computer usage is awesome. Depends on what you're looking to pay though.

Pickup some more ram. Cheap and can always use more in a system. Maybe switch over to those 30nm Samsungs?? Maybe check out Amazon's digital download sales?

+1 on the vg236he. 120hz gaming is wicked. Although I'd pick up another 4 gigs of ram as well. You already have an ssd though I know the space can be limiting.

Sorry I just picked up ram in Jan, forgot to update it to 16GB (4x4GB).
I may look into the Monitor...

Thanks for your input

Picked up a Crucial M4 128gb at micro center today. Almost bought the vertex 3 max iops but I prefer crucial, my C300 has been good to me.

I have bought the M4 before but my Kingston Hyper X 120gb is much faster.
