Can we auto-attack/lock-on target in skyrim? I mean, is there any other way to hit our enemy other than having to keep on pressing L/R mouse each time?

Not in regular SKYRIM. However I'm sure there is a mod that would allow it. I would help you but Im not into mods like some of these guys. Maybe BlackPanther, Crazyeyes or one of the norms could help you.

I haven't as yet come across a mod which implements the Fallout 'VATS' in Skyrim..

This is how 'lock-on target' or VATS worked in FO3:

You can do it IRL too

I think the kill animations are about as close as you're gonna get to that.

AS an update, I did an install of the Win 8 Consumer Edition and wound up installing Skyrim with the High Res pack. Man oh man is it beautiful and its back down to normal. Seems my new hardware overflow in Win 7 was too much for the install to handle. So I am good to go now. Thanks everyone.

I would like to know which race do you guys know have more passive skills, what about orc? I'm playing as an orc, I've always loved that race as they are known to be the best race of strength.

Im orc too. For now. Showracemenu is a wonderful thing. With this charachter ive been imperial, high elf, dark elf nord and orc, And a couple of gender changes as well. Just like madonna.

Ive seen nothing in the way of a corner map. If it exists it would be a mod. Youll get used to hitting m, or just wander around and kill stuff aimlessly. I guess theres the compass thing...its not a map.

Finally made my first mod.
Appears there are no tutorials on how to do this yet so it took me some time for it to actually work.

Gave my in game spouse a make over with the 41 Nocturnal Robe White outfit, Brown leather boots and Dibella Amulet.

I installed a difficulty enhancing mod, and I'm curious, are "strong giants" in vanilla, or would that be part of the diff mod?

I fight Dragons IRL, when they breath fire on me I give them a troll face, then I block their massive clawed hands swinging at me and stop all that force with a sheet of metal that has a handle on the back.
