Yeah I play everyday but but if you are spending more than half your waking hours gaming it's time to reassess your priorities and get a damn life. This would be the case for any non-productive, leisure activity.

So I guess I'd rather not be "hardcore" in this regard.

I play BF3 pretty much exclsuively, about 3-4 hours a day. I just hit level 61 or 62 this weekend. It's easy to get points quickly on higher levels, as the medals you earn really help speed up the process(10k each). Every day before I play, I check my stats, see what medals are closest, and then play towards that medal, while using guns that are closest to earning service stars(2k each), to get the extra points there too.

I'm not the best player out there, skill-wise, but I seem to do pretty well at getting points via other methods.

Thing is though, i have played nearly every single day since the game launched, with maybe 5 days since then I've not played. That has nothing to do with having a life or GF..It's about being married with 4 kids.

I game when I can. I love gaming but I work full time, I'm a husband and a father, I own two properties (which keeps me busy with upkeep) and I just can't sit down every day and game.

I play when I can. Usually late at night when the family goes to bed. Friday and Saturday nights.

Getting married changes it for sure. Unless you are lucky to find a girl that likes gaming as well. Wait till the first kid arrives. lol
