Excellent review. One thing that really sets Delta from the rest is their incredible soldering. The last thing I want to see is my PSU burning down my expensive PC because the damn solder gave up and short-circuited something!

Any idea when a 1200w unit will be released? So far though this looks like it'll be my next PSU.

As I recall in another site's review of this PSU, it's the first time (ever? or in a very long time?) that Delta actually used their own fan.

yeap indeed. The HCP-1200 for instance used a Sanyo Denki fan (which are great fans, too).

good review...antech has done well for themselves as of late....but tell me....do we really need more on the 5vsb??? how many amps are needed for sleep mode???

If you have many memory modules installed in standby mode (S3) you will need a quite strong 5VSB. If you don't then even 2.5A at this rail are enough.
