A Perfectly Conditioned AMD Athlon, Duron, Sempron, Athlon XP. Pentium 4, Pentium D, or Higher with a Radeon 9500 Or Higher is Capable of Strong video playback.
The Stock heatsink is fine for that CPU, now if you want to overclock at all, definitely get a better one
