Which Z77 for Ivy build?
i photoshoped a picture of a few Z77 motherboards and there specs but which one would be better?
I will probably be doing 2x 680 in SLI and custom watercooling. |

If you're going to SLi 2 $500 cards, you might as well go Socket 2011 with a 3820 for the 40 PCI-express Lanes.

My vote goes to any Asus board, either Z77 or X79 you can't go wrong with it.

Either my X79 right now or the Z77 versions of my Z68, or the Z77-GD80.

I'm interested in this too; should I make my own topic or just ask here? I'm really only looking at two different boards.
Edit: nevermind, I see you what you meant about the Z77 version of your Z68 mobo, I was looking at the Maximus V GENE. Thanks. |
