Z77 mobo choice

Hi guys,
I'm going to be purchasing the 3770k along with either a 7970 or GTX680 (haven't decided yet lol). Need to pick a Z77 mobo to go with it. Don't want to skimp out, but also don't want to go too far overboard.
I'll have at least 4 HDD's (future maybe more, depending if I build a NAS or not), 1 optical drive, 2x 4GB gskill 1600 RAM. I have a Corsair HX850 PSU and a HAF X case. I'll also likely be having a custom CPU cooler and maybe some light overclocking eventually if the CPU can't handle some tasks. I haven't chosen a custom sound card as I'm not sure if I'll bother as I'm happy with onboard audio for the time being, but would like the opportunity to expand to that if possible.
These are the 3 motheboards I've been looking at and can't decide what to pick. I'm also open for some more suggestions if you think these ones aren't good enough or there are others that would probably suit my needs. Are you able to assist?

Thanks in advance.

i would go for the gigabyte, it's the most high end for this line-up and looks good, and performs also good

Cheers. I'll keep this in mind. You don't have any other mobo suggestions or is that gigabyte one your pick of the bunch for an average to good mobo?
