its actually not washed out though if you actually check it out in game. Its really quite good.

So I've been offline since last year! What have I missed?

I checked out the workshop, downloaded 200 mods which Skyrim seemed to refuse to closing down. -.-
I've backed off considerably (Using original 30 mods in Nexus (From last year) and 30 mods from workshop, without issue) and it seems mods that contain models, such as houses and cities etc are the most prominent at crashing Skyrim.

Is this a common problem? It's seems quite a bummer.

The only problem I've had is installing a mod that overwrites something else and then when I remove it the game either crashes, or much more interestingly runs without that item; like hair for example; and all armor. That was a good one. Made the whole world naked lulz.

And they're both GOTY editions. And I just bought Morrowind this morning on steam.

Hey, did anyone else get the 1100mb update? What is it? still dling.

Edit: Lulz, the entire game of morrowind is smaller than skyrims last update.

Edit: Okay, the last update according to steam is to make skyrim an MMO.

SO i was running to performance issues and it wasn't due to ENB. I was hitting a vram limit. I have 1280mb of ram on my GTX470. I checked how much I was using with all my 8gb of texture mods and I was using 1274mb and then obviously it was also taxing my system ram too. So I dropped my AA level to 2x AA, 3 of my texture mods down to 1024 resolution, and got rid of super samping AA for transparencies. I gained about 8fps doing this so i run at about a constant 30. which is good enough for skyrim to me.

You only really need 60+ FPS in competitive shooter games anyway.
So who's amped for the new DLC?

I can't stand under 40 fps. With settings at high with 8x AA and AF and a heap of 4k texture mods I usually don't drop below 45 except for overlooks of course. I'm on 720p though, which probably accounts for that. Monitor is on my list after a new card.

When I was using the .102 ENB I think, FPS were like 25 max.

CPU limited ^ doesnt matter what res CPU limitation remains the same no matter the resolution, and on a Phenom II your definately limited.

that and ENB + Mods = greater then 1GB Vram usage meaning your spilling over into system ram which is much slower thus why FPS tanks,

I agree Crazy. There is always a performance hit to some extent with increased AA.

yeah Irony your going to want to get a the GTX670. For $399 it looks like itll be 10 to 15% faster tehn the 7950. You also should get a new monitor. A new monitor is better then a graphics card upgrade to be honest.

I'll see if I can tint the glass. Also for anyone who DL'd yesterday, I forgot the Meshes folder on that DL. Though turns out that was a good thing. There's some skimp armor mods out there that only uses Meshes. So if you use just my Textures and the Meshes from the skimp armor mods, my glass effect will apply to those skimpy armors.

So I uploaded a new version with the meshes and renamed the old one to No Meshes, so people with those skimpy mods can dl that and be happy.

Looks like a lot of color difference as well. It looks better to me anyway but idk how that could affect other scenes. All of the colors look darker, more vivid "in a good way". And the mountains look bluer. It looks very nice.
The gamma looks like it is a bit darker, as well. Some of the lighter lines in the axe, are gone.
The "Washed out" effect and haze in the background, seems to be much less, in yours also.
But you only modified the glass?
Maybe all of the things I see, are just differences, in the games dynamic weather and time?

I keep hoping for this game, to go on sale. Maybe I missed it.. If not I'm buying it next week anyway, when the gtx 680 comes in. I couldn't think, of a better game, to put it through it's paces.

I took the before and after screens. I loaded in and took the Before Screens, then replaced the textures and used the same load for the After. But the damn weather changed that day, I had to wait for 3 days before the weather was close to what it had been in the original screens. Then I took the After pictures. Damn dynamic weather, so yeah just a bit different of a day, close as I could get though.

But mostly the screen caps are just to show the transparency differences.
