Problem with Steam
I launched Steam this morning and it loaded up fine.
I then noticed that when I called up the section that shows me what I've gifted to other people that it was not showing anything recent. ![]() The only reason I can think this is happening is because I've not had a contest lately. Therefore ... One official entry per person, mark your entry as the one you want considered. Feel free to troll the tread and comment on others' entries. No minimum post or TPU membership time limits, you just have to be a member of TPU. You must have a Steam account to get the prize. All entries must be submitted on or before June 1st, 2012. A winner will be announced shortly after the contest end date when I get around to it. What you need to do is make a post that describes the following; You have a 2x2x2 foot cube that you are going to bury for future generations to find (a time capsule so to speak), what would you put in it and why? As always, humor gives you a better chance at winning. Prize is any single game (no packages) available on Steam. I get to decide who wins, so if you feel cheated I suggest you spend a few minutes trying to call someone who cares. This is not an official TPU contest and therefore TPU is not liable for diddly.

I like the tricky title
![]() If I were to bury a time capsule for future generations, I can't think of anything valuable i'd have to offer it'd pobably just be some skittles or a playboy or something.

:Official Entry: <---------------
Love to see people doing these giveaways for the TPU community Kreji! On to business If I buried a time capusule I would put some old gameinformer magazines and games in to show people just how much gaming sucked back in our generation (assuming that nothing happened to halt the advancement of gaming ) I would also include pictures of the most outrageous celebrities like Ke$ha and Justin Bieber with notes attached saying don't worry not everyone in our generation was this crazy and or stupid!

Official entry.
I think I'd bury a plaster cast of my face. With a big, shit eating grin, on it.. Under that , my right hand, cryogenically frozen. With the middle finger stuck up. And right next to that. A grenade, that you just pulled the pin too, when you lifted the plaster cast..

Official Entry
50 hard drives containing relevant political, social, and pornographic information. I will then add a printout cataloging what is contained on the drives. I will then bury it in a magnetic field. Because cmon f'ing with each other is fun and all, but it pales in comparison to f'ing with future gens. Especially when you know that some horny kid in the future will spend hours upon hours trying to see what vintage porn was like. Last edited by yogurt_21; May 14, 2012 at 10:37 PM. Id put in a microSD 32GB card. So they could laugh at how large the card is for what little storage space it holds

I want this post to count.
If the box allows for aging, then a few fine bottles of Wines.
If the box freezes time inside it? A really mad pissed off raging cat with a metal sign on top of the lid that says Pandora's Box.
