Which would be a better option for my girlfriend's rig:

i5 2320 + GTS 450 or GTX 550 Ti

or

i3 2120 + GTX 560 Ti (used)

She'll primarily be doing graphics work, photo editing, (the whole Adobe Creative Suite, among other things) though. With just some gaming...

Well no one answered so I'll go get an i5 2320 and HD 7770 instead.
