Yup, there's no fault. Trying to get smooth video with the framerate locked to 30fps is guaranteed to give you judder/image doubling like I've explained so many times over, so why don't you give up trying to fix this non-existent fault?

If you need better performance from your PC to get a constant smooth 60fps, there's lots of ways to go about it and often it starts with a better video card. Anyway, there's lots of ways to increase that framerate and I'm not going to start going into it all here.
