I find myself increasingly looking forward to the day when we're finally using the long awaited 2650x1600 & larger monitors, and 16:9 and 1920x1080 monitors are publicly burned in the streets!
![]() In a just/fair world, 16:9/1920x1080 = TV, 16:10/2650x1600 = Monitor.

1080 FTW. For those who want to go higher resolution, there's always the 30 inchers from HP, Dell etc. For the rest of us who have a bad eyesight and can't afford to SLI GTX 690's to run everything smoothly, this monitor will do the job just fine with a GTX 670.

Is there any way to get the Mistubishi monitors in Germany, and would they work? Looking for the coming and already pre-ordered Eizo FS2333, I came across this Japanese test, where the Mitubishi seems to be the reference:
http://translate.google.com/translat...%3D14800817%2F Not sure if I understand anything correctly, but I interpreted it in the way that the Mistubishi RDT234WX is preferred... It's a shame that these fine monitors are not available anywhere else. I'm tired of the shoddy monitors that are sold and praised here (with Eizo and Dell being pretty much the only notable exceptions). (I look for a good, natural image first, and anything else that is presented as important on the market after that fact.) Last edited by FelixH; Aug 20, 2012 at 08:04 PM. |

Japanese LCD producers like Sharp or Mitsubishi are 2x times better than any Samsung or LG. Unfortunately they costs way more and not really available in Europe...
