I need information on this card please

I suspect it's the oldest bit of hardware I have in the house.

My guess is that it's a graphics card with 512K of vram, manufactured in 1989...

Am I right? Is Phoebes the brand name of the card? Was it a high-end card in its days?

Unfortunately googling isn't leading me anywhere, perhaps I'm googling the wrong words..

Can you tell me what you can see from the picture please?
If you find any interesting links on the net please let me know.

Nah, keep it. Something like this is always good as a museum piece. Heck, perhaps donate it to a computer museum?

And you never know, keep it a bit longer and it might be worth something as a collector's item.

I have a working pc with ISA slots (if it still works because it's some time since I powered it on now), but since it also has an AGP slots I had put in a Nvidia Vanta 16MB which I guess is like 32x more powerful than the card pictured above

.

I had muddled up something with the fonts of the OS so it's not very clear:
Processor: Celeron 334Mhz Mendocino
Ram: 128MB DDR SDRAM PC100
Graphics: Nvidia Vanta 16MB (AGP)
Motherboard: Soltek SL-62C
Sound Card: Aztech AZT 2320 (ISA)
HDD: Samsung 5400rpm 6GB.

I don't think the above card works but I might try to test it on the PII.

I think I just discovered the bios chip might have been manufactured in Malta by ST Microelectronics (check out the ST logo on the Phoebes bios chip).

Probably PHoebes VGA like TVGA likely is short for Trident VGA. SVGA is Super VGA (aka 800x600). XGA (or XVGA) is eXtended Graphics Array (aka 1024x768).

I would have loved this card a couple years ago when I did an all-ISA 386 build with 8MB 36pin SIMMs, SCSI CD-ROM and IDE HDD via addon controller. All I had was an old ATi Mach 16 and the little yellow capacitors next to each RAM chip caught on fire after using it for a while (did I mention it ran epically hot?).
