Problem uninstall/reinstall Belkin Wireless Card from Hard Drive

I have a Belkin Wireless G Plus Notebook card, Model #F5D7011. I went to install it with the software available from Belkin's website, yet I did something wrong, because it did not install properly. When I went to remove the program, it would not let me (and I went through add/delete programs). I ran CC Cleaner, and tried the uninstaller. This popped up:

-Close running programs
-empty temp folders
-check internet connection (internet based setup)
Error code -5001

I just want to install the card so I can use my router I have at home with this laptop (Compaq Presario 2100). The internet works fine wired in, but wireless would be fantastic. Any help is much appreciated.

Guess you may fix it by re-installing it.
