cooler vs case vs mobo

HI, Ive been looking for a good air cooler for my rig but no so expensive, but i have 3 problems in question...
1. will it fit my case (corsair500r) will not touch the 200mm sidepanel fan?
2. My mobo uses the first SLOT i mean the pci.e slot is the top one to close to the lga
3. i will not oc the cpu so a good air cooler will be enough,
what about the coolermaster Hyper tx3, cm n520 , those two 2 are small but i duuno if they really do a good job.
my thoughts on the 212+ or evo but size????
Please need your help on this.

How about a cookie// Anyway if youre not ocing your cpu
then why not just stick to the stock hsf ., no reason to ug.

cuz i live in cuba and here is very hot, looks like i ocd my cpu in summer.
no reason 4 the cookies.....

There is always reasons for cookies!!!!

Just stick with the 212+ evo.

i baked them myself the first time . It taste good but i used self-raising flour and the size of the cookie expand :S didnt expect that to happen lol.
