To me, the whole point of "summer sale" is getting titles @ 50% or more off. I refuse to buy "on sale" @ 30% during Summer and Christmas STEAM sales, as during the rest of the year, those are the deals you get. Special sale, special deals!

Anyway this has been on sale on Steam before, as that's how i got it. Fantastic game, probably one of the best ive played so i voted for it.
A few of the games that have been in user votes ive already got in past sales like Portal 2.

I think virtually all games get the 60-75% regardless if they win or not--just have to wait a day or two for it to happen. For example, Saints Row The Third won, it went off sale, and now it is back on sale for 75%. That was likely pre-planned.
