Apple must run "Samsung did not copy iPad" ads: report

LONDON (Reuters) - Apple has been instructed by a British judge to run ads saying that Samsung did not copy its design for the iPad in the latest twist in the ongoing patent battles between the two tech giants, according to Bloomberg.

Judge Birss, who ruled last week that Samsung did not infringe Apple's designs because its Galaxy Tab tablets were not "as cool" as the U.S. company's iPad, said Apple should publish a notice on its website and in British newspapers to correct any impression that the South Korean company copied Apple, Bloomberg said

I have been reading this all over on my phone its brilliant , exactly what apple deserve thinking they rule the world i can just imagine the ads....

The new ipad...thinner....lighter...faster and with your new ipad you to can be assured...samsung did not copy you.

ripoff company no doubt . I myself have an ipad/iphone after using them for months i thnk they are shit . My personal opinion . People are just into it because of trend from the study i have done this is what i can say. Its either that or its because people are to lazy to learn. And no im not prejudice towards apple. Kudos to the stuff they have created or copied.

Ever since trying to deal with iTunes, I've never, ever wanted an Apple product. To much control over what *I* want to do.

I'm not one to follow crowds, either.

And it pisses me off that I go to a gym where all of the equipment has plug-ins only for Apple products. So... I plug my headphones into my DroidX and listen to Pandora.
