I could live with sata 2 ssd speeds over my hdd speeds... that is if the sata 2 ssd was actually cheaper than the sata 3 drives my a significant margin.

Cool product... but feels like they are just buying up old SSD tech and trying to resell it with a new sticker.

I agree with the M4 comment, that drive feels like a much better purchase even at these prices. You get what you pay for.

Buy.com had the 128GB M4 for $90 shipped the other day...pricing doesn't seem that tempting for the value conscious that are looking for deals to begin with.

The cheapest price for one of these in the UK is the same price as the SATAIII OCZ Agility (525MB/s Read 500MB/s Write)! if it were like £45-50 for 128gb then I may be interested for my older laptop otherwise, no sorry.

I think this series has some potential. Like people have said I think we can expect prices to drop on these, and when they do I can think of a few uses for the small ones. I wouldn't mind a cheap reliable cache drive for my NAS, or a boot drive for an old SATA II machine running OS X or Linux.

Hmm, I was hoping for something reliable, small, and cheap to max out SATA II.

The 32GB is available from Crucial directly for $45 free shipping here in the States, take $10-$15 off and I could be mighty tempted despite the benchmarks.
