HD 5750 fan problem

I bought a second hand Sapphire HD 5750 1GB, and everything is fine except the fan for some reason doesnt spin faster under load, for example in BF3 the temp goes to freaking 105 celsius, and after few minutes it freezes including the sound so i have to do a hard reset.

Im not sure if the freezing is temperature related but for example if i play COD2 or MW2 it doesnt freezes and the temps are significant lower.

When i tick the enable manual fan control in overdrive and set any percent higher/lower i can hear it spining faster/slower, the question is why doesnt it automatically spin faster under load?

I dont think it doesnt have automatic fan management since my almost 6 years old HD 2600 had it..

System Specs

Poorly done fan profile on the bios from the manufacturer. This is somewhat common. You could try contacting the manufacturer and ask for a bios with a better fan profile or you could use a program like Afterburner and make your own fan profile.
