RamDisk Question/Problem

Hello all. Recently started using RamDisk and by recently I mean 2 days ago. Anyway, I had it working just fine until I went to change something and messed it all up. Finally got it uninstalled blah blah blah and got back to stage one. I set it up again and all was fine. I made a TEMP folder in my new drive labeled "I". Changed the settings under windows for the temp folder locations and all of that. However here is my issue. Every time I restart my computer drive "I" is empty again. Nothing at all is in it. So before I can even start RamDisk I have to go and recreate the folder. This meaning that right now I know RamDisk is rendering well, useless.

So what is wrong?

Specs:
Windows 7 x64
6GB DDR2 RAM
Program: Dataram RamDisk
Amount of "storage" for RamDisk: 512mb

Thanks!

See I didn't remember having to check that when I first had it working. Guess I should have. Will give it a go. Thank you.

Yeah you gonna need that checked and don't forget to tick the box above to so it loads the image.

EDIT: and if it's NOT a changing image un tick that bottom one after you made it.

Mk, I think I fixed it. I hope.

EDIT: By changing image do you mean nothing is being added or taken away? Because it is holding temp files and a browser cache so files are constantly being added.

if the files are always changing you want to leave it ticked so it makes a new image of the new files.

If you are just using the ramdisk for temps, then you dont need to save or restore the image. You need to tick the box marked "make a TEMP folder".
