Will have to try this although will have to wait till next year. Shame they did not make a fan holder like the last one for it.

IMO thats the greatest thing about the MK-13. you could just mount 2 120mm or 140mm fans on the side to cool a dual GPU set up.

. The cooler is good and looks like the fins on this one are of the same thickness which i kinda dislike as i find thinner fins like on the scythe musashi which i thought did a better job although the fans sucked on that and the fins were very is bent but still i still believe it performed much better due to the fin thickness.

It would be nice if vga heatsink manufacturers made more heatsinks with fins that go parallel with case airflow, instead of perpendicular like this one.

The great thing about this cooler is the compatibility although it does not mention any requirements for VRM and memory IC cooling.

![]() you cant do that unless you have the attachments from the MK-13. and those are rare just as well that the MK-13 is no longer available anywhere in the UK at the moment

Now if you put that bracket on the lower slot ( below the second v card ) you can put at least 4 120mm fans on it. So the second card would have fans pointing at the card like normal and the other 2 would be like in your picture. |

I don't know why, but I want this. Scratch that - I NEED this. My Gelid Icy Vision Rev. 2 for my GTX 570 seems to be doing fine, but I could always find some reason to say it sucks.

though given the pictures, this cooler is a triple slot cooler and not as suitable for dual GPU setups like the MK-13 was. I have no idea why they discontinued the MK-13, It was offering something that no other 3rd party cooler manufacturer could give and that was SPACE between two cards.

Thanks Maban! I assumed that was the case but didn't want to commit to that assumption

Ok, Sorry.. How ever you thought about emailing them for parts ?. I have always had a reasonable timed reply in the past when asking for compatibility with other cards like the one i am using now.
