Am I the only one who thinks this is a horrible design for a waterblock, it not expanding past the pcb makes it hard for me to to see it not taking up 3 slots.

The block itself is about 1cm thick, the height of a 90 degree fitting will add another 2cm, pci slots are spaced 2cm apart, takes up 2 slots comes very close to taking up 3.

Surely the point of putting a block on a 7850 would be to make it single slot, I can't see how this does that.

So there are no plans on making a waterblock for a 660ti but a 7850 gets to have one ?!?!? Im a little disappointed at their decision making.

Well the 660ti has proven to not have a "reference" PCB. The companies that make the card in other words don't use the same PCB, so there is no way a water block manufacture can make a 660ti block if there isn't a "general" PCB design to go off of. Rather you should do what I did for a online bud he wanted to water cool his 660ti, we went with a Galaxy that had a 680 PCB (except the PCB had a slight extension for the power connector) bought a 680 waterblock and BLAM water cooled 660ti.

EK has very good universal block the EK-VGA Supreme HF Bridge Edition which can be installed on almost any GPU on the market.
