Razer is starting to annoy me "Updates/reboots like everyday"

I don't mind booting up my pc once a day but I swear to God it's like everyday Razer makes some kind of update, that makes me have to reboot my pc.. I tried to find a razer forum but I can't see an official one..

Am I the only one bugged by having to install new software and reboot my pc twice every time I start it, due to razers poopie drivers? Just annoys me to no end.. Any recommendations on another gaming mouse brand I should try?

Just don't install the Razer software. It isn't needed.

What peripherals are you using that is requiring you to reboot? I have never heard of any gaming peripheral requiring any kind of incremental updates, as it is just simply not needed.

Yeah it sounds strange. And why would the software have be updated so often anyway?

I never really download drivers, which only seem to be good for macros and wasting CPU time and memory.

I have never once used a macro for a game, and as far as I know, I don't ever intend to.

I downloaded the software. Updated the firmware and uninstalled them pronto. Thats all I needed them for. The firmware. No need to install anything permanently.

I also have a razer naga, and am also having these constant annoying updates. Don't we need razer synapse to control the mouse's dpi though?

If you are satisfied on the dpi settings, you should be able to uninstall the drivers. AFAIK, Synapse is the memory inside the mouse itself (hence the fact that it can use the dpi switcher with Linux too, without needing to boot into Windows first).
