Rather than scaremongering here's a tool by Microsoft to address the issue before actual patch arrives.

well my main browser is FF so don't care too much about IE.

Government? Alot of company? Alot of people that buy computer and don't know about? Personally, IE9 is doing well. I stopped using FF a long time ago has it was a Memory eater, and I do not like the interface. it's always a personnal choice man

Looks like the fix is out on Windows Update. IE8 and IE9 have it. It's rather large--just shy of 30 MiB.

Wasn't that the regular security update? I installed it but didn't look too close at what it was but I thought a saw something like "cumulative update".
