Nothing like getting a bad case of Poison Ivy for your PC. Can't soak it in tomato juice either. err

Guess the FF for now gets the nod until this clears up.

Rather than scaremongering here's a tool by Microsoft to address the issue before actual patch arrives.

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downl....aspx?id=29851

Just install EMET.

Personally, IE9 is doing well. I stopped using FF a long time ago has it was a Memory eater, and I do not like the interface.

it's always a personnal choice man

I think this here is a key statement:

Quote:
Today we released Security Advisory 2757760 to address an issue that affects Internet Explorer 9 and earlier versions if a user views a website hosting malicious code. Internet Explorer 10 is not affected.

Looks like the fix is out on Windows Update. IE8 and IE9 have it. It's rather large--just shy of 30 MiB.

Wasn't that the regular security update? I installed it but didn't look too close at what it was but I thought a saw something like "cumulative update".
