Cooler Master Seidon 120M Liquid CPU Cooler Detailed
Cooler Master's new line of liquid CPU coolers include the Seidon 120M. The self contained (closed-loop) cooler combines a 150.3 x 118 x 27 mm aluminum fin radiator with a copper micro-channel block. The radiator and block+pump unit are factory fitted with flexible tubes. The radiator makes use of a 120 mm 600~2400 RPM PWM-controlled fan with 19~40 dBA noise output. The pump, on the other hand, can be as loud as 17 dBA. The cooler will include retention modules for all popular CPU socket types, including AMD AM3+/AM3/AM2+/AM2, FM2/FM1, Intel LGA1155/1156, LGA2011, LGA1366, and LGA775. Pricing and availability information is not available.

not sure if Asetek rebadge
(most likely not - It looks like it borrowed ideas from asetek and some of Corsairs closed loop coolers)

Whatever the case, I like how this pump is even lower-profile than the others and the top is translucent allowing you to see the control circuitry. Let's hope the pump performs well and a 2x120mm version is released.

IDK, the Asetek coolers have screws on the copper base. The mounting mechanism looks similar though.

Thats a negative.
This is what their mounting system looks like ![]() this cooler master will have a mounting system similar to some of the tower heatsinks out there im guessing.

The Seidon 120M is there own and a different market segmant, and not Asetek re-badge. Mounting is different, so is the cold plate. Coolermaster had something similar a few years back in CES. |

Yep-thats exactly the same as i used to have on my last build, actually for 80$ it worked unreal, i had my corei5 2500k oc,ed to just over 5 ghz at one stage and it was quite stable. Thats not bad for 80$ really!! I like these closed systems frankly.

I must admit, at least cooler master's AIO LC looks a little different with the semi exposed cpu block. It's nice to see something different on the market.

this is DEF asetec....its not too tough to change your tooling around slightly to change the apperance of the device....
however....the new mounting system looks easier to mod to a video card!!!! |

I think this is not pure rebrand if the OEM was asetec.
the mounting system little bit different, I guess CM remake or redesign it. ![]() the package pretty good, include nice thermal paster maybe from CM |
