What's the Best 120hz monitor I can buy?

Hi, I will receive 2x 670 in a few days...

I'd like to know what's the very best 120hz monitor I can get out there...
And I'd also like to know which one is the best bang/buck.

Have you looked at the Overlords? Probably one of the best ways to go with that kind of GPU setup without breaking the bank. http://www.overlordcomputer.com/

Technically, no, it isn't. He asked about 120Hz models. The Overlord 120Hz units have been retrofitted with a PCB that Yamakasi no longer uses, which allows them to be OCed well past the default 60Hz. They also have a different, more sturdy stand than Yamakasi uses.

To anyone considering buying one of these however, read up on the fine details, because like I said, they don't actually come clocked to 120Hz, and you need to know all the parameters of the warranty and what exactly you can expect when trying to reach 120Hz with them.

If you look at their detailed explanation, on the highest grade model, 96Hz is assumed, but no more than 60Hz is actually guaranteed. I would guess at least 100Hz is likely attainable, but I'm not entirely sure they can do even that at 32 bit color.

AFAIK the only ones that actually come factory set to 120Hz are 6 bit TN grade panels. The Overlords are 8 bit IPS, 2560x1440, and many have been able to run them at 120Hz no problem.

So "best" is relative to whether you'd rather sacrifice a lot of image quality just to get one that's factory set to 120Hz. TN panels aren't very good for color consistency.

Most that have gamed on the Catleaps and similar monitors (many use the same panel now) say once you've tried them there's nothing quite like it, whether at 60Hz or 120Hz.
