I will def let you know if the combo doesn't go through. It is indeed very hard to get a 1156 i7 now, I looked on eBay and the CPU alone has an asking price higher than my combo.

The only reason I want an 860 is because I am not planning on upgrading my 1156 and I really want to improve on my crunching stats.

Don't forget about Xeons X3440-X3480. Of course that generally means eBay nowadays. Which may be a bad thing...maybe not.
