amd vision engine control center vs msi afterburner

which is beter to use for overclocking graphic card ???

Kind of a vague question... I suppose if Vision Engine Control Center meets your overclocking needs it would be "better" as you don't have to install another program.

However, MSI gives you voltage control and higher clocks to work with if you need it.

i am asking this because i oveclocked 7850 1gb using amd vision..., and the benchmark result are the same . should i try with the msi afterburner ?

System Specs

The benchmark is going to be the same if the clocks are the same. Overclocking the same frequencies with different programs will net the same results.

You prolly overclocked the video ram too far.

wei is crap dont pay attn to it.

afterburner is good choice.

7850 run at 900mhz , i overclocked it to 950 mhz , and memory clock run @1200 , oc @ 1250 ... it's not ''overloaded'' ?

That OC looks good actuallly, I thought you went really high.Also, don't mind windows wei its not really accurate for anything. at those clocks it will be stable

frankly that OC is going to have no effect what so ever. you can easily add 100-200mhz
try that. make your core to 1Ghz.

use furmark to test stability

yes. but not first. first increase the core clock and try. then if its stable do the memory clock.
usually memories are run at their max rated frequency so not much overclocking is possible.

you can google the IC number of your memory chip for more info. the IC number is printed/embossed/etched onto the memory chip itself.


and no worries, english isnt my mother tongue either
